He moved to the spot Kano was standing

Kano walked over to a stick and broke it off a tree. Then he found an extremly long vine and tied it around the stick. He put some left over Pokemon food on the vine. He put it in the water. Then the stick began to move. "Ah-ha!" He pulled it out. It was a Horsea. "Wow... A horsea..." He said. Squirtle I choose you!" The Pokemon was released. "Use water gun!" It hit the Horsea.

"No offence but that was ridiculously retarded, Squirtle! Use watergun again!" It hit the Horsea knocking it out. "Pokeball go!" One two three ding! Kano caught a horsea! "Yeah return Squirtle!"

Starla looked up from her newly evolved pokemon and sighed heavily. Her friend was gone, and once again she was alone. Silently she walked towards the gym.
Movement stopped her in her tracks however. Her bag jiggled around on her back. Quickly she took it off and opened it. The tiny egg inside was glowing and hopping. Kneeling down next to Slasher, Starla took the egg out of her pack. The egg started to crack and break away.
"Pichu!" came a frightened voice from her hands. When the glowing was gone a small Pichu looked up at her with wide eyes and then smiled. It jumped up and clung to her thinking she was its mother.
"Aww! your so cute!" she cried and hugged it. "Slash!" Slasher said happily.
