Route 1: Pallet Town - Viridian City

"Charmadner, mhm…What other pokemon are around here?” He asked the device, and it blipped.


“Location, ****yzing…”


After a few seconds, it let out a chime like sound.

“Pokemon Identified. List as follows: One: Pidgey, Two: Rattata.”

Ty stopped walking, she looked at the picture of Pidgey and smiled, it was cool, and continued down.

A small shape darted in front of him.

A Pidgey!

”Kerukroo!” The Pidgey screeched, its head lowered.

Ty removed the pokeball at his waist.

”Whoo! A feisty one! GO! CHARMANDER!”

The little orange pokemon came out, and then braced its legs as it faced the Pidgey.

“Alright! Charmander, Ember!”

The pokemon let out a stream of fire balls that flew near the Pidgey, burning the feathers of the bird.

The Pidgey squirmed, and then let out a gust of air that blew back Charmander, its burned wings still very much active.

“Ah!” Ty shielded his eyes from the whipped up sand.

“Char!" Charmander righted itself in the air and landed.

“Scratch!” Ty pointed at the Pidgey, and Charmander charged, scraping the Pidgey into the air.

“Go! Pokeball!” The boy threw the capsule at the Pidgey, and it opened, the bird pokemon sucked inside.

Both pokemon and human held their breath as the ball moved back and forth.

Ding! Pidgey was caught!

”Alright! Great job Charmander!” Ty patted the Charmander on the head and it smiled. The boy went over, picked up the ball and clipped it on his waist, letting Charmander stay out for a while longer.

“A new friend! His name's Sora.” Ty told Charmander, walking along the road, the orange pokemon waddling by his side. He had always had a flair for nicknames….although to some; it was more of an annoying habit….

“Char Charmander!”

“And you……” Ty thought,

"Charco!" Ty smiled, the Charmander yelling out, appearing to agree.

The flower field slowly gave way to a dirt path that narrowed into Viridian City, the verdant town of nature. From what Ty could see there was a Pokemon center, and smaller buildings nestled behind the following Poke-Mart.

"Let's go Charco!" Ty yelled out, dashing towards the city. Charco desperately clinging onto the fabric of his waving jacket.

Out of pallet town and onto the start of his journey. He called out his new companion. "Frostbite come on out.", he said to his squirtle.
Squirtle: "Squir, squir." he yelled happily.

Baka: "Alright squirtle its time we set on out to our first achievement, the first badge and after that all the other badges. I know with you squirtle we can do this."

While Bakaryu and Frostbite(squirtle) were talking, they hadn't noticed that something was watching them from the bushes.

Bakaryu and Frostbite were close to the end of the route and by the biggest grass patch they have seen so far.

Baka: "Hey frostbite lets take a break for a while, k bud."

Frostbite: He nodded.

Bakaryu began cooking some soup for himself and frostbite. bakaryu was not a very good cook but was going to become better at it while on his journey.

Baka: "Hey frostbite foods done."

Frostbite took a big gulp of the soup, to Bakaryu's amazement squirtle had not passed out from his food. Frostbite jumped up for joy when he finished the soup and begged for seconds.

Baka: Gee Frostbite you sure have an appetite there buddy.

Bakaryu and Frostbite started laughing when suddenly, two ratatta came out the bushes. They were going to sneak a attack on Frostbite.

Baka: "Frostbite look out," He said while grabbing frostbite and taking the beaten for him. " Hey you alright buddy?"

Frostbites eyes began to get swollen with tears. Bakaryu got up and said,"Well if they want a battle they got one, lets go Frostbite."

Baka: Frostbite use Bubble near there feet.

One of the ratatta got hit but the other dodged it.

Baka:" Ok frostbite use the water from the bubbles to slide on the ground with a super powered tackle."

Frostbite's tackle hit the already weakened ratataa and knocked him out cold. The other ratataa dragged his friend back into the bushes.

Baka:" Alright Frostbite you fended them off and one the battle, I am so proud of you."

Squirtle eyes swelled up again and he yelled out with joy.

[Mori Ookami]

Mori walked just to the side of the road, slipping through the trees with Flame (Charmander). She smiled down at her new Pokemon.

"Lets go."

"Charrrrman, Charrrrmander." Flame answered, rolling her R's like a purring kitten.

5 hours later

After a few uneventful hours of walking and a luch stop, Vridian city was just coming into view.

"Look, It's the city!"

"Charrrrr!" Flame jumped trumphantly.

"Onward!"

Seth went towards the route. He went through for quite a while.He didn't want any pokemon on this route really. But about half way through, he ran into a pidgey. "Go, Charmander!" He yelled, and Charmander came out of its ball. " Charmander, use ember!" The pidgey was hit directly in the chest with it, and dropped to the ground.(that was easy), " Go, Pokeball!"
The ball shook once with the pidgey inside. Twice. Three times. Captured. "Yes!" He finished his walk with a new pokemon. And a new friend.

[Jack]

Running through the route as fast as he could, Matt smiled, his Charmander was running with him, side by side. " Okay Charmander, stop." He panted, as they stopped running. Just as they did, a Pokèmon jumped out at them. With a jump, Matt gasped " Oh god.... Only a Pidgey... They can be powerful..." he muttered, " Charmander, sort it out, use Scratch, then growl." He said.

Charmander's powerful claws raked across the Pidgey's wing, giving the wing damage. Then he growled, letting the Pidgey's guard down slightly. " Pidgey!" The pokemon cried, as it sent itself hurling towards Charmander, and it hit." NO! charmander, get up buddy!" He said, and his charmand only just managed to get up. " Use Scratch". he commanded his Pokèmon, but instead, a fire ball came flying out of it's mouth, flyign towards the Pidgey.

Throwing a Pokèball at the Pidgey, he smiled " COme on.." He muttered, watching it..

One....

Two....

Three.......

And......

Waiting for the click, Matt smiled, thinking it would come any second.

Four.....

Five.....

Click.

" Yes!" He yelled, grabbing the ball. " Right, Charmander, let's hurry and get you to a Pokèmon Center. " He said, putting his Charmander in his bag.

[Jess D. Knight]

*Jess walked down the dirt raod through the grass. Pokeball in hand. He whistled until he found just what he was looking for. A rock. He flopped down on the rock with a thud, not minding the pain. He smiled at the sight of his pokeball and tossed it in the air* Squirtle, Let's Rock! *The ball opened up and squirtle appeared in a flash of red light. A small little blue squirtle looked around confused and looked up at Jess and raised an eyebrow* Squirt? *Jess smiled broadley* I'm your trainer buddy! We're gonna be best friends! *Squirtle sighed and shrugged as he began to rummage through Jess's backpack. Jess didn't mind and watched. Squirtle tossed stuff out until he found what he was looking for. a long red scarf. He wrapped it around his neck and looked like a frightening force, even if he was so small* Squirtle squirt squirtle...*He pointed at Jess and then at the tall grass* Squirtle...*Jess looked at him confused, but soon got the idea* Oh! you want a new teammate? Alright! you got it buddy! *Jess picked up a pokeball that Squirtle had tossed out of the bag and looked arond for a pokemon* Hmmm....Where could I look...Whoa! *Without having to wait long, a pidgey flew right in front of his face and started squaking and pecking his face. Jess was running around* Ah! Wait! whoa lil' buddy! I just wanna capture you! whoa! *Squirtle jumped up in the air and tackled the pidgey out of the air.*Pidgey! *Squirtle then tckled the pidgey on the ground. Pidgey flew back up, wounded, but willing to fight. It pecked squirtle like machine gun fire. Frightening spirit for one so small. Squirtle curled up into a ball* Defense curl...whoa....*Jess watched in awe as his squirtle seemed to be doing well as on his own* Squirtle.....*Squirtle shot up and tackled him up into the sky.* Squirtle! *Pidgey flew down onto the ground. knocked out. Squirtle shifted his scarf and nodded towards Jess* Squirt... *Jess nodded* right! Pokeball, go!!! * The ball opened up and pidgey flew inside. The ball fell and began to shake*

Caught!

*Jess smiled broadley as he picked his pokeball with his new friend* Alright buddy! we got him! *He held up his hand for a high five, but squirtle meerley sighed and pressed the button on his pokeball and went back inside*...Oh...*Jess smiled* yeah...you deserve a rest friend! *Jess smiled and picked up his stuff and began running.* Viridian City! First stop, Pokemon center!

[Gay]

(Where is this girl?!) wondered Gabe as he looked for Barbie.
"Oh well, guess I'll look for a Pidgey as I wait for her."
"Charmander, go!" said Gabe as he released his baby Charmander.
*Gabe pat Charmander on its head*
"Ok Charmander, lets start looking for a Pidgey"
After 10 minutes Gabe and Charmander spotted a Pidgey.
ok Charmander use scratch!
Charmander's attack missed by an inch!
"Hmph! that's a fast Pidgey!" said Gabe.
The wild Pidgey attacked the baby charmander.
"Chardmander!" said Gabe in a worried kind of voice.
Charmander got right back up.
Charmander's tail started to make a bigger flame.
Gabe smiled "this could be our chance!" he said thinking they'd have a chance against the wild Pidgey.
hmmm...
The wild Pidgey charged towards Charmander
"Charmander dodge it!" said Gabe.
"good! now follow it up with a scratch!"
Charmander scratched the wild Pidgey right on ts wing.
"Good now one more time!"
Charmander scratched the wild Pidgey once again, leaving it unconcious.
*Gabe threw at Pokeball at the wild Pidgey*

Gabriel lifted up his charmander and said "we have a new friend!"
They kept on waiting for Barbie...

Hmmm...
"it appears like Barbie won't show up soon..." Gabriel said.
"Charmander lets go on ahead....." Gabriel said, frowning....

"A ceterpie huh"Those evolve into cute butterfree. Most are to weak right now so I only need to throw a ball."She threw a luxary ball at caterpie. It wobbled and clicked. "That was easy." Barbie walked along.

[Zephur]

Zephur walked on to the Route. He threw a pokeball into the air. "Go, Charmander!" The pokemon was released and smiled. There was a rustling in the bushes, but nothing else happened. They walked onward to the entrance of the woods. Charmander looked tired from all that running. "Charmander, lets sit down for a bit." Charmander nodded and sat ontop of the blanket Zephur layed out. "Okay, I packed some food for us. I hope you like it." Zephur handed a bowl of Pokemon food for Charmander. Charmander sniffed it and chowed down. "Charmander!!" Charmander smiled and walked over to to Zephur and rubbed his head against Zephur. "Charmander, that was special Fire-Pokemon food. You must love it alot." Charmander smiled nodded.

After they finished eated, there was another rustling in the bushes. Charmander looked over at the bush. A Pidgey flew out and striked Charmander with it's beak. Charmander flew backwards and charged the small bird and clawed it with Scratch. Then screamed at it with Growl. The bird fell and looked weak. Zephur threw a pokeball at it.

Three....
Four....
Ding!

"Yes!" Zephur caught a Pidgey, a great addition to his team.

[Zephur]

Zephur jumped with joy with Charmander! He had caught his first pokemon! "Charmander, you were great. You deserve a rest. Return!" The pokeball absorbed Charmander once again and Zephur clicked it to his belt. He also clicked Pidgey's pokeball to his belt. He walked foward and into Viridian City.(Moved to Viridian City)

[Jack]

Matt ran and ran until his legs were hurting him until he couldn't walk any more. Finally he noticed the exit of the route, and he could see the tall buildings of viridan city. " Wow... Let's find the poke centre." He said, walking into the city.

[Spar]

As Spar continued forward, he rested the back of his head on his hands and looked straight up into the blue sky above. Several Ratatta scattered as he approached, tempting him to release Bulbasaur and battle. He decided against it, however and decided to wait until he got to Viridian to begin training. He continued over the path until he saw Viridians sky line on the horizon.

[Kano]

Kano was walking around the route. "Hmm... What to knock out what to knock out?" He said

in his head. Then he saw some Lvl 5 Rattata, Kano smiled. He lured one over to him. Then he

began to run with the Rattata chasing him. Then, "Pidgey! I choose you!" He said. The Pidgey

flew out of the pokeball. "Pidgey! Use Sand-Attack!" The Rattata was still running. Then when

the Sand-Attack hit it. It sent it flying. Then it came running at Pidgey with a tackle. "Pidgey!

Dodge!" The Pidgey dodged it, "Now counter it with a tackle!" The tackle hit Rattata to the

ground. It got up, and used tail whip. "Pidgey dodge!" The Pidgey tried to dodge it, but failed

it was hit. The it got right back up. "Sand-Attack Pidgey!!!!" It used sand-attack and knocked

out the Rattata! "Yeah, Pidgey!" "Maybe we should go to the Pokemon Center in Viridian City."

(Moved to Viridian)
