In other words, you have to have been here a long time (such as 3 months) and proven yourself.

I dont know if you already have this but i think you need to have certain badges to have certain leveled pokemon, like in the games. You could also do this with certain pokemon so people dont jsut catch them as soon as they start.

Hmmm. Good point. Pokemon, regardless of OT, become unruly after reaching a certain level. Great thinking.

But what if you want to train your pokemon to level 50 before the first gym? What if you didn't make short, horrible rp posts, but wanted to loevel up your pokemon highly around the first gyms? You wouldn't be able to with that law in place.

Hm, good point Frappe, but I tend to side with Mattjdw. Though it is true that you can, the chances of that happening are slim. We might have to restrain the rules a little just to control the n00bs and such. And personally, I don’t mind.

And who in their right minds trains to level 50 before the first gym?

Dunno, I think I might before the fourth gym... I know someone who trained a team of 6 pokemon to level 100 before going to the second town....

That would have to take a LOT of work though. Seriously, all six to level 100 before going up against Misty? That's extreme. I don't see a reason as to why someone would need to go higher than level 20 for the first gym. Keep raising it by 10 levels for each gym after that I think. Or something in that kind of order.

I know, you'd do all your training before the first gym.
By the way, I was talking about the games. One of my friends literally trained a team of lv.100 pokemon on hos emerald before going to oldale town.

Your friend is the saddest person I have ever heard of, no offence.

Well, never do that. He restarted his game because he could beat everything too easily. There was no more fun in the game.

Whatevs. Having 6 lv 100s don't seem so bad to me. Just stick em in the PC and train more.

I would have done the same thing. That or trade them for low leveled shinies or legends.
Let's get back on track with the whole overhaul idea.

Sparkles! WTF mah' bunny eats cheese!
Yeah, let's get back to the Overhaul topic. In fact, this topic is lockified unless Harry says otherwise. I think we all get what's happening, and right now all we're doing is spamming.
YES YES YES I LOVE SPAM!!! YUMMY YUMMY SPAMALOT!
Okay, yeah.
Lockified.
