Legendary = No having.

blissy = Not first evoulution.
Not first evoulution = No starting as.
want to be blissey = start as Happiny.
To evolve = be at right level and go to special cave in PMD RP (not available until someone beats raquaza at sky tower peak.(or wherever raquaza is))
