OOC ~ I was doing that one because it was a combo. And if you dont do it on combos, no-one ever gets hit.

Hitmonchan weathered the Leaf Storm, it's great speed had allowed it to escape the worst.
"Now Hitmonchan, Mach Punch!" Harry called, Hitmonchan going back in with the lightning quick punch.

Hitmonchan was KOed by the Leaf Storm.
Harry sent out Beedrill.
"Beedrill, use Twineedle!" Harry called, and the bug type attack flew towards Treecko.
"Now Signal Beam!" Harry commanded, and the bizarre beam followed the needles.

Beedrill swooped in for the flying attack, preparing a Signal Beam straight afterwards.

Treekco felw into Richie arms koed. Okay go Dragonite he said. Dragonite grabbed the bug pokemon felw into the air and tossed it. It then aimed a fire blast for it.

Beedrill dodged the blast, having had time to regroup when Richie had sent out Dragonite.
"Now Beedrill, go for Signal Beam, from a Distance." Harry called, knowing exactly which Pokemon to send out if Dragonite got the better of Beedrill. The fatal weakness of every dragon.

Dragonite use a hyper beam to battle it. The hyper beam collided with the signal beam they were both neck in neck whos attack would be stronger.

Beedrill's determination went up, it had experience of fighting, and Beedrills were extremely violent and angry, and could be more determined that anything at times.

Dragonite jumped up from the signal beam and used fire blast from close in with it's great speed.

It hit Beedrill, KOing it.
Harry grabbed his last Pokeball, and threw it.
"Come on out, Dragon Fighter Gyarados!" Harry called.
The huge blue Pokemon appeared and roared.
"Gyarados, Ice Fang then Bite!" Harry commanded, and the hugely powerful Pokemon moved straight in, closing in on Dragonite with fangs of Ice, for the 4x effective hit.

Dragonite used Fly and then charged at the water pokemon while using Hyper beam.

"Gyarados! Hydro Pump on the Hyper Beam!" Harry called, and Gyarados sent out a huge wall of water at the beam, covering it completely with water.
There was an explosion, and lot's of black smoke, the Gyarados carried on with Ice Fang, jumping in at the blinded Dragonite, ready for a bite afterwards.
