1. You take a team of 6 Pokemon into a 16 trainer tourney. You can only swap Pokemon if you make it into the last four, when you may swap up to 2.
2. There are no play-offs for 4th place etc. The only two ranks that are certain are 1st and 2nd.
3. There are 4 rounds.
1st round has all 16 Trainers. 2nd Round is the winning 8 from round 1 3rd round has the 4 winning trainers from the 2nd round. 4th round is the final.
4. The judges decision is final.
5. The overall winner will win P1000, and will be crowned Champion of Kanto.
Round 1:
In this Round, trainers must use only two Pokemon.
Round 2:
In this Round, trainer must use up to three Pokemon.
Round 3:
In this Round, trainers must use only four Pokemon. At the beginning of this Round, progressing Trainers may swap up to two of their Pokemon for Pokemon they have in their boxes.
Round 4:
In this Round, entrants may use 6 Pokemon.

Um when it says 3,4,5, and 6 Pokemon does it mean the number of pokemon oyu use all ast once or 1 at a time like normal Pokemon?
