This Fighting Type dojo is a great place to train your Pokemon. If you complete the training, you can also get a Hitmonchan or Hitmonlee.

Harry entered the Dojo, hoping for information on how to get a Hitmonchan. He saw lots of trainers putting themselves and their fighting-type Pokemon through punishing workouts. It was obvious who the grand master was, as he was sat on a gold-coloured mat, at the back of the building, a Machamp at his side.

A martial arts expert walked up to Harry.
"Hello. What are you here for?" He said, bowing.
Harry bowed in return. "I'm here for some information about where I can find a Hitmonchan." He said.

The expert laughed. "Good good. Now, to find a Hitmonchan, you must train yourself in Martial Arts, you and your Pokemon. If you train hard enough, a Hitmonchan will be drawn to you. To get a Hitmonchan over a Hotmonlee or Hitmontop, you must train yourself in the art of self-defense. Now, you may begin." The expert walked off, and carried on working out with his Machoke.

Harry nodded, and went over to a spare mat, which had all sorts of gear lying around it's edges, neatly.

Harry sent out all his Pokemon, and nodded at the stuff. "Everyone pick something, and we'll get started."

All the Pokemon picked something up, and Harry headed for the treadmill.

A few hours later, when Harry and all the Pokemon were totally exhausted, another expert approached him, and bowed.
Harry bowed in return, so did all his Pokemon.

The expert smiled. "You may be exhausted, but if you want an honourable Hitmonchan to join you, you are not even halfway. You must now train yourself in the art of self defense!"

Harry tried not to groan, as the expert took up a stance.
Harry lifted his aching arms up into a position, and as soon as they began he was tripped up, and he sprawled onto the mat, defeated before he had begun.

He slowly got up, and the expert smiled. "Now, you must learn."

Several hours afterwards, Harry was wondering whether it was really worth it, when a Hitmonchan appeared at the end of the mat, looking very calm. Harry was filled with determination, and showed off his best skills to try and impress the Hitmonchan. As Harry blocked shot after shot, punch after punch, Hitmonchan smiled.
This trainer looks really good. He'd be perfect for me. She thought, then approached Harry and the expert.

Harry grinned. "Hey Hitmonchan. How are you doing?" He said.

Hitmonchan nodded at the expert, then stood at Harry's side.

Harry smiled. "Nice one! You want to come with me?"

Hitmonchan nodded happily.

Harry grinned. "Yeah!" He got out a PokeBall and withdrew Hitmonchan. He then thanked the expert, and left the Dojo.

Aaron knew he had spent several weeks at his grandparents, and had lost valuable time. Knowing Harry and Maria, they would be at Indigo by now. Aaron knew he had to catch up.

As he walked to the gym, Aaron spotted a faded sign on a building next to the Saffron Gym. It spelled 'Dojo.' Aaron was immediately curious and excited, because he had been a black belt in the martial arts of Taekwondo in the Pallet Town Dojo. It was a small class, but Aaron had learned from a pupil of Bruno, a master in the Elite Four.

The exhilarated teenager slicked back his hard-gelled hair and pushed through the plexiglass door. In it were several highly skilled Martial Artists, their eyes focused on each other, sparring with their hands, feet, elbows and weapons such as plastic knives and wooden swords as practice. Aaron took off his skate shoes and bowed to the Kanto flags in respect. He spotted the leader, who was sparring with a well trained Hitmonlee. It was rare for a martial arts master to spar with a Pokemon. Aaron smiled and bowed to the artist. "Good afternoon, master." An old withered face turned around, a bony but strong looking man staring into the face of Aaron.

"Welcome, young student. I am Master Kim, a 8th degree black belt who specializes in a combination of both kicking and punching. Master Chan is a attack specialist, and Master Lee is a defense specialist." Aaron nodded and smiled. "Master Kim, am I allowed to obtain a Hitmon-style Pokemon?" Master Kim shook his head no. "I will give you an egg, but it will not hatch until you prove yourself worthy." "Yes sir," Aaron said greatfully, as the master reached into a straw satchel. He pulled out a small egg and smiled. "Here. Take good care of it. I advise you to fight Sabrina now." Aaron nodded and left the room with a new unhatched member.

Richie entered the Dojo. He walked to the master and said may i have a hitmonlee he answered and said you will have to battle my pokemon one on one hand to hand. He said ok. He released the scyther and said i will be using him. The sensei lookedd into is bag and threw out a hitmonchan the scyther was easily hit in he early round until he grabbed him and smacked it back and forth then kicked it in the chest for a knock out. Ok you have defeated me so yes you may have the hitmonlee he smiled as it went into his pc.

Richhie returned to the dojo he and his pokemon trained until they all were worn out and dragonite. Richie trained all his pokemon till the master closed the dojo. He then decided to heal his pokemon and go next door.

Bek: Use a Flamethrower!
Rex let out a long bast of fire; finally knocking out the Hitmonlee.
Master: Hitmonlee, return! Bek, you have earned a fighting pokemon. You may choose from Hitmonlee or Hitmonchan.
Bek: Thanks. I choose a.........Hitmonchan!
The fight master gave Bek a Hitmonchan. The group had a new friend!Now it was on to the Saffron city gym!.....

Rex let out a blast of fire; finally knocking out the Wartortle.
Boy:NO! Not again!
Bek: We beat ya! Fair and square! Come one guys! It's closing time!
The group walked out of Saffron City, and ready to go to Cinnabar Island where a new challenge awaits them.....

Bob and her friends had a hard training in dodge.Suddenly a member of the dojo called out.She said you have to battle three pokemons to obtain them.They all are of lv42.She took out three sticks and said to choose one each.I choose the 1st stick.Will choosed the 2nd stick and Alice choosed the 3rd.I have to battle hitmonchan.Will have to battle Hitmonlee and Alice have to battle Hitmonlee.

Alice knew it was a Johto type.We battled the three pokemons and obtained them.
