Tony walked around in the tall grass for a minute. Suddenly a growlith appeared. "Alright, a growlith." Tony said. "Pikachu Thunderbolt!" Pikachu happily sent a strond bolt of lightning at growlith, which was immeadiatly followed by a pokeball. The poke shook three times but the pokemon broke out. Tony threw another pokeball that shook three times and caught growlith."Yay!" Tony said as he pick up the pokeball. "Sorry Charmander, you'll battle next time." He returned Pikachu and Xharmander back to there pokeballs an continued to Lavender town

Tony went back to Saffron with the three new pokemon he caught. Growlith,Haunter and cubone.

Hiro and his pokémon walked the route from Lavender, only encountering pokémon Hiro concidered as useless when they met an old man who referred himself as a gambler.
They then entered the underground to Celadon to battle the next gym leader: Erika.

Zack got on the route to go to Celedon. As he walked down the route he avoided everything in his path and got to the underground tunnel leading him to Celedon city.

As the group walked down the path, a Vulpix and a Growlithe attacked them.
Bek: Awesome! Dragon-Rage, I choose you!
The Gyarados popped out of it's pokeball, ready to fight. It was surprised by it's opponents!
Bek: Dragon-Rage, use Hyper Beam!
A big beam of power came out easily knocking out both the Growlithe and the Vulpix!
Bek: Good job, Dragon-Rage!You were great! I'll take over from here! Pokeballs.......Go!
The Growlithe and the Vulpix popped into separate pokeballs. *BEEP!**BEEP!**BEEP*PING!*
Bek: Yes! We got Growlithe and Vulpix!
Bek: Dragon-Rage! You were so good today!
The group walked down the path, towards yet another victorious day.....

Kathy could feel the soft breeze, "Isn't great?" Hubert nodded and John jumped up and down, "I do!" Kathy rolled her eyes and laughed. Just then, a Growlithe stepped in front of them. Kathy brighten with a smile, "It's a Growlithe, I'm gonna catch it!!" Kathy took out a ball, "Go Salty!!" "Wartortle!!" "Water Gun!!" Salty aimed it's Water Gun at Growlithe with a powerful blast, "Okay, Rapid Spin!!" Salty quickly attacked and Growlithe fainted, "Go PokeBall!!" Kathy watched as Growlithe disappeared in the ball and the CLINKS. Then it stopped, "Yes!!" Hubert smiled, "Your very own Growlithe!!" Kathy smiled and continued on.

Kathy could see the entrance to Saffron, "Come on guys!!" Just as she was about to enter, Kathy found a bush of Aspear Berries. Kathy smiled and picked some. John popped some in his mouth and Hubert took one and dropped it into a container. Kathy placed all of hers in her Berry Bag, "This is great!!" Bolt, who helped himself smiled, "I thought so!" Hubert got up, "Let's keep going!"
