Route 8 is also home to another underground path, leading to Celadon City.
There are a few trainers on this route, and some long grass.

Aaron followed closely behind, leaving Maria and Ace to navigate. They were doing a good job, with Ace swooping around occasionally, finding a decent Route to Celedon.
Harry was right when he said that the four mischievous pals would make a bad ending. Fang and Ghastly did stand-up and impersonations, while Nidorino entertained them all with hillarious stupidness. Electrode was there laugh and only fan, and together they had a ball.
Fang was good and making facial imitations, like Ghastly, because of his huge mouth. Fang started to imitate Aaron, while Ghastly started to imitate Harry. They started to imitate Harry and Aaron acting stupidly hilarious. Aaron rubbed his forehead. "That quad of mischief-makers are going to kill someone someday... and don't make me even speak on Cubone... or as I call him, Bandit. He's insane." Bandit huffed and kicked Aaron in the shin. "Ow!"

Maria looked down at her friends before looking back up at Ace, "Can you see it yet?" She called. He cawed once. "Still to far away..."
Chardar shot a flamethrower through the air as a flock of Fearow attacked them. "Just what I need.." Maria said, holding on as Chardar made some dodges in the air. "Ace use double team aiereal ace!" She called to her Pidgeot. He did so, multiplying and then attacking them quickly.

Harry thought about something. He was wondering about whether his Pokemon wanted Nicknames. He decided to ask them.
"Guys? Do you want nicknames?" He said.
Electrode nodded, so did Beedrill, Gastly, Bulbasaur, Nidorino. Harry smiled.
"Electrode - Schock
Nidorino - Poisson
Gastly - Samedi
Bulbasaur - Trecks
Beedrill - Neumatic"
Harry said, all his Pokemon appreciating their new names.
Harry looked up, and saw Maria with Charizard, against some Fearow.
"Beedrill, go get em! Twineedle!" Beedrill's Twineedle hit the Fearow.

Fang sighed. Another fight. Why couldn't he just goof off? Fang did an imitation of Chardar foolishly using a Flamethrower. Aaron yelled to him something like attack with a Double Team and then Bite. Fang rolled his eyes and flew up quickly. I need to get this over with quickly. He used a Double Team. The copies then flew, and he and the copies bit the Fearow.
OCC: It's cool to get into the Pokemon's mind and see from their view.

Chardar threw another stream of flames at the Fearow, then roared. Deciding that they'd rather not take on a Charizard they soared away. Chardar flew down low, close enough for Maria to talk to her friends. "Thanks for the help."

OOC ~ Nice tip.....
Neumatic flew behind some of the copies, before firing a Twineedle through it, and hit another Fearow.
My Twineedle is really coming on. My accuracy is great now. Neumatic thought.
Harry smiled. "Nice one!"
The Fearow flew away, and Neumatic landed back on Harry's shoulder.

Fang swooped down and perched himself near Aaron, who patted him on his head as reward. Well, as long as he stays the way he is, I'll obey him. Fang smiled toothily before returning to perform comical antics with his friends.

Bandit had a different idea. He snuck up to Maria and snatched her hat off, running off with it, snickering.

To Aaron, this was all a daze. He had seen a group of Fearow attack, he ordered Fang to attack in an aerial position, the Fearow flew away thanks to Ace, Chardar, Fang and Neumatic, and Aaron had patted Fang on the head. He saw Bandit sneak up towards Maria... and steal her hat! "Bandit!" he yelled, chasing after his mischievous Pokemon.

OCC: Oh dear here they go with the getting inside my pokemon's mind thing again....
Maria gasped, "You little theif!!" She jump-rolled off Chardar who was low enough to the ground and ran after Bandit. "Give that back!!!"

Samedi laughed, and stole the hat off Bandit, putting it on and flying around, snickering, to the great amusement of the others.
Harry laughed. "They're so bad." He grinned.
Heh, I love relaxing and having a laugh. Samedi thought, hovering just out of reach.

Bandit threw a bone at the hat, knocking it directly off Ghastly's head. He laughed and threw it into a patch of grass. Three roars emitted. Three cute but dangerous-looking Growlithe appeared through the tall strands of grass. Bandit jumped back and hid behind Maria.

Neumatic flew in and grabbed the hat, and gave it back to Maria before the Growlithe could damage it.
Samedi stuck it's tongue out at Bandit.
Harry patted Beedrill, and waved Nidorino to take the stage if needs be.

"Cool," Aaron said, "Growlithe. I'm going to catch one... hopefully. Er... go... Bandit." Bandit shook his head no and tugged on Maria's leg sleeve. "Come on, you coward," Aaron scowled, "Let's go and fight!"

Maria picked Bandit up, "There's no way it's going to fight three growlithe. Try using Celest instead, she seems much braver than Bandit."
Eve jumped forward, ready for a fight. But so were the growlithe, they shot embers and flames at the trainers and their pokemon, Maria ducked down trying to dodge the flames. Her hat flew off her head, the first growlithe jumped forward and snatched it in his fangs, throwing it up in the air and making it land on his head.
"Hey, that's mine..." Maria moaned when she saw what had happened.
