Route 5: Cerulean City - Route 6 + Saffron City

After beating the second gym leader Gabe headed through the tunnel hoping to reach vermilion city so he could compete for his third badge.

Jin came out of the underground route running to get to Cerulean City
He then reached Cerulean City with him panting from running

Jin ran to the underground road
He was running all the way, for he felt bad that he forgot her
He was blinded by the light outside
"I'm here", he said
He then ran some more

[Kano]

Kano was still running after Jin with his 3 pokemon running.... (and again, and again, and again...)

[Tony]

Tony was walking toward Saffron, Charmder and Pikachu at his sides. He held his new Cascade badge up it the sunlight. "You two did great." Tony said putting the badge in his pocket. "Char Char!" "Pika!" The two said gleefuly as the entered Saffron.

Adam saw Tony and began following him into saffron as he needed a companion not a battle

[Hiro Fenrir]

"Finally that girl is gone" Hiro said to his Wartortle as they were walking down the route from Cerulean to Saffron.
After they had won a double-battle with Hiro using Eevee and Wartortle, and defeated a couple of wild pokémon, they arrived to the closed gate to Saffron city.
"We can defeat that pathetic psychic women in Saffron later" said Hiro "we're heading for Vermillion"
They entered the underground route to Vermillion.

Zack stroled down over the ledges and entered the daycare to say "hello sir can you watch my abra until its lv 24 please" the man behind the counter said sure thing come back every once in a while to check on him" "Ok" said Zack as he stolled out of the building to head off to Saffron City

Meagan let her team out to travel with her down the route, each getting their fair turns at battling the trainers they came across and get a solid chance to stretch their legs and soak in the sunshine - something Terra did rather literally.

With the mottled egg snug against her in its sling, Meaghan made the way to the next path leading their next badge, her team in tow.

Dale ran and ran, hopeing not to be found by the rocket trainers, he ran and ran thinking about the Pokemon, he knew which one it was, he knew but would not admit it. It was Mew, but it could not have been. As he was running he saw a pokemon sleeping, it was an Abra. He wanted a phscic Pokemon. He threw a pokeball, as the pokemon was asleap it put up no fight. He had his phsycic pokemon, he would do better now.

[Kathy]

Before they got close, Kathy spotted a cottage. "Let's go check that out John," she said.
As they got near, a boy, a boy about her age stopped her, "You can't go any farther unless you beat me!!" An Ekans slither out from behind him. Kathy frowned and nodded as she took out her Dex.

Ekans: It sneaks through grass without making a sound and strikes unsuspecting prey from behind.

Kathy smiled and threw out Diamond's ball. Diamond came out cheerfully, hopping along the grass.

"Diamond, Tackle!!" Then the battle began. Ekans dodge the attack as it's master demanded a Poison Sting. "Diamond, dodge and use Quick Attack!!" Diamond easily dodge and sprang towards Ekans with a Quick Attack, making a hit. "Ekans!!" Suddenly, the snake like Pokemon began to glow white. It grew big as it's stomach expanded, making it looking like a cobra. Kathy gasp and took out her Dex once more.

Arbok: The pattern on its belly is for intimidation. It constricts foes while they are frozen in fear.

Kathy put it away and told Diamond for a Quick Attack again. Diamond went for another Quick Attack,but Arbok shot back with a Slam. "Come on Diamond, that thing doesn't scare us, Tackle!!" Diamond aimed and hit dead with a tackle, leaving Arbok weak. Then is fainted. The boy hasty returned it and called for a Pokemon hiding behind a bush. "Nido!"

Nidoran (F): While it does not prefer to fight, even one drop of the poison it secretes from barbs can be fatal.

It was a tealish Nidoran. "It must be a female, the PokeDex mention mine as a male. "Nido..." "Nidoran, Horn Attack!!" and without a warning, it attacked. Diamond collapsed. "Return...you were great." Kathy took out another ball. "Go, Smokey!!"

"Harrr!!!" Smokey came out and proudly stomped the ground. "Flamethrower!!" and with one blast, it fainted. "Har!" The boy returned his Pokemon and ran off, mumbling to himself. Kathy glanced at him as he disappear, "You were just great!! Come on, let's keep going John..." But no answer, no "yippy" or "finally!". "John?" Kathy glanced back, to find only her bag. Kathy frowned, "John...where are you!!"

After searching for five minutes, John came running along, chasing a Pidgey. Kathy sighed and fixed an annoying gaze on him as he approach. John smiled guilty, "I was bored," Kathy groaned, "Come on, it was just a simple b-" the door of the cottage opened and a man walked out.

He sniffed the air, but froze when he saw Kathy and John. "What...kids...what do you want?" Kathy tried to speak, but nothing came out. Why was she afraid of this...dude? "We were just...passing by..." John explained for her. "Kathy had this b-" Kathy nudged him, "We are lost and need help..." The man smiled and gester them to come in. John and Kathy glanced at each other and followed.

The man's house was small, but was refreshing. "I understand about this...that boy is always hanging around my place, so...you have anything?" His voice was crackly and hard. "What...?" The man gave her an annoying look, "Look young lady...this is a daycare, and I run it, if you need a Pokemon to be looked after while you are gone, now it is," His brows tighten and his face wrinkled as he spoke. "I...uh...no...thanks...I can take care of them myself," John frowned and stepped up, "Can you care for my Charmander?" The man gave him a smile, "Why of course young lad. Hand me it's ball and that's it!!" John dug through his backpack and took out a ball. "Here it is sir." the man took it and giggled, "You're such a fine lad, and you young lady...when you need me taking care of anything, give me a call...now run along now," John gave Kathy a tug, "It's not like you gave him your Pokemon, come on!!"

As they exited the Daycare, the smell of the warm morning replaced the cool and homey air from the house. Almost to Saffron, John spotted a small building with the UNDERGROUND PATH beside the door, "Let's check that out!!" Kathy frowned, "Alright, but just for now." She didn't really like getting into an argument or a protest, so she stayed on the tracks.

The building was...small...there were two benches and a stairway to the underground in the middle. Kathy sighed, "Well, let's get this on with." The path was pitch dark and a chill strew down Kathy's back. "Bolt, Flash!!" As Bolt lit up the area, Kathy can see John happily bouncing along. The path didn't go far, or what Kathy thought. Finally, a Kathy could see a shade of light, sunlight. She returned Bolt and hurried to catch up with John, who was already galloping ahead of her.

As Jack was walking through the path.He decided to train her pokemon for a while.Wartortle practice its hydro pump,Spearow practice his quick attack and butterfree practiced stun spore and solarbeam after some time Jack headed back to Saffron city.

Bek walked from Cerulean to the under ground tunnel to Vermillian. She held her about-to-evolve Pichu and her about-to-evolve Clefairy. They both glowed with a bright light before the light disappeared. Bek's Clefairy had been holding a Moon stone while they were traveling. And Bek's Pikachu is one of her "Star Pokemon". They slowly walked onto the path that led them to Vermillian. One mile and they would be there.

That afternoon, the group had a celebration to welcome them selfs to Vermillian city.
