(To answer to this thread, you must create a new character approved by Aaron Nightshadow. This has been approved by Harry Dark. Btw, I'm Aaron.)
Strolling through the haunted forests, a lone figure crisply stepped across the dirt, crackling leaves as he went. The moon was full, with a howling of a Houndoom ever so often, and a hoot of a Noctowl churning through the air. Bending down, the cloaked man retrieved a arrowhead hidden underneath the stray leaves. Fingering it in his palm, the figure pocketed it and continued on his nightly walk.
The air was slightly damp, but the man did not sweat. No, his cold skin refused a drop of perspiration. Pulling down his hood, the man’s long, black hair flew freely like the main of a Rapidash, his cold, pale skin reminding others of the glowing tones of a Lunatone. He looked handsome, but looked completely unapproachable at the least. Yes, he was indeed unapproachable.
The unapproachable man had no known name, but many of his friends and companions called him Cypher Morticus, lord of the Dark Domains. He was the Master of a criminal organization named Team Splinter. His team was a selective group, only taking the best of skill sets, and bribing others on other loony and clumsy teams such as Team Rocket, Magma, Aqua, Galactic, and such. No, they were stupid fools bent on a pointless cause.
His history was unknown, but all criminals knew he was one of the most cunning and dangerous inhibiting the world, and was not to be feared. His group was currently scattered after trusting a rather untrustworthy pawn, and he was looking for new recruits. His only other assistant was a worthy thief who was imprisoned, but died before telling the whereabouts of his master. A faithful but foolish servant. He needed men like that.
Finally reaching a huge rock, the thin man swooped up onto the top of the rock, sitting down underneath the starry skies. He had sent messages to the top criminals, and hoped that they would indeed make it. Otherwise, he would have to find… less useful recruits.
OCC: Okay guys, it’s me Aaron. Basically Cypher is the leader of an extremely selective group called Team Splinter. They are masters at ‘fusing’ Pokemon, stealing, assassinating, and are also known as the business group called ‘Irixis.’ They will be antagonists, and only certain, above-standard role-players who get the approval of Aaron Nightshadow will be allowed access to this thread. Otherwise… too bad.

OCC: Just to confirm, the other character Cypher is me. DO NOT DELETE THIS THREAD, for it is authorized. You'll get in major trouble if you do, cause this post took me, like, eight minutes.
Barbie, WTF is the reason why you're editing my post? What authorization, and what reason?

It was broad daylight, about 2:00 in the afternoon. A man, about, about 20 years old swept across a forest. He was running as fast as he could. His palms were drenched with sweat. The forest seemed never ending. His brain had stopped working about an hour ago, all he remembered was that he had to find a man. A man by the name of Cypher Morticus......
He had started his journey as soon as he had heard.
It was late at night, about 12:00 midnight. He awoke to the sound of the telephone. The person on the other side of the line had asked him for a favor. he wanted new recruits, for an evil organization. There was not many details given. All he knew was that he was to meet this man at 3:00.....
The sun was setting in a blood red color over the horizon. it was late. His brain didn't was in no mental state to sleep. He had to find this man before sunrise......
The longer he ran the more he gave up hope. He needed this opportunity.....
It was 2:30 a.m. He was getting closer, he could feel it. He heard the sound of a distant stream running off the edge of a cliff. He thought he heard a fog horn booming in someplace distant. Some place far, very far from where he was......
he could see a shadow in the distance. It seemed to resemble a person. He kept running. He knew this was the person he'd been searching for..........
"I have come..........."

To Frappe: Create a new character. Like I did for Cypher. Make a cool character. You need to work on some of your punctuation and capitalization. Detail is good, but a lot of your sentences don't transit properly. And btw, your charrie can't possibly be 10 years old. Defiantly older. As I said again, make a new character in a different account.
EDIT:
By Richie:
A tall guy was walking around he was big and goofy. He was wearing big black jeans with chains wrapped around the legs. He was wearing a black tanktop. He long hair but it looked cut around the edges badly. He looked like he did and didn't know were he was going.
Sorry dude, so far of what I've seen your posts are below average. It's a good start, but you should get some lessons in RPing before coming here. Punctuation isn't all that great, and descriptions aren't really, either.

Night. It was the time he liked the best. As he walked he made sure to be a silent as death. This was part of who he was. An elite assassin. Silence was the key to the perfect death.
He was a tall, thin man, appearing to be 18. A fair complexion, most would call him pail as if had had not seen much sunlight. His long ebony hair fell to the middle of his back and was tied loosely with a non-glossy red ribbon. A few shorted strands of his hair fell into his crimson eyes, yet he seemed not to care.
He was dressed in a black silk shirt, black silk pants, and black shoes. His hands supported black leather fingerless gloves. Holstered on both leggs were a pair of guns. One of them was a triple barreled gun that most knew as Cerberus. The gun of his father. Keeping him warm on that night was a crimson red cloak. It was frayed at the edges but it was fine with him. It too was his fathers. the collar of the cloak seemed to hide the lower part of his face.
He was Vitex Valentine. His very name meaning Cold Lover, but anything more then that was kept away from people marking it as Unknown past.
As he walked a large rock seemed to come into view. A smirk came to his hidden lips as he spotted a man seated upon the large rock. He approached silently. The man didn't even know he was there till he spoke.
"You sent for me?" he asked in a soft baritone voice. It held a hint of curiousness in it, but nothing more then that.

OCC: Frappe, I'm assuming your character is over the age of 18. Just edit your post, and from now on use a different alias, such as Starla is using Vitex. Thanks.
BIC: The man waited. He knew the men he had hand-picked were well qualified, but he did not appreciate their lateness. Lateness on a mission could mean failure. And that was the word Cypher hated most. Because of failure, his plans to control, not dominate, the world, had failed.
He never wanted to openly reveal himself as the bad guy, because he was not. He was the savior of the world, taking the earth to the next generation. Without him, all civilians and trainers would fail and fall to despair.
Cypher's family was one Cypher hated. He had been born on an island, off the coast of Johto. His parents had nurtured him, but he was kidnapped. The average fair tale story. I think not. Instead of being rescued by some fairy godmother, Cypher was kidnapped by a gang of thugs, and therefore was injected with toxins that would have instantly killed him.
But then a scientist came. Doctor Gilbert Morticus saved Cypher from a deathly fate, and instead took care of Cypher. Cypher grew stronger, but the toxins had affected him for the better. He was smarter, faster, and deadlier than any other who opposed him. Doctor Gilber Morticus was a good man, but was then killed by the same gang of thugs Cypher had been rescued from. This infuriated him, and he killed the thugs single handedly.
His goal of life was to conquer the evil in the world, and instead save the world from the evil people in the world. But with this, Cypher had to make compromises. Cypher had located his family with his 'baby' brother, but Cypher hated them for not searching for him. He dropped his last name and instead took on his mentor and 'father''s name, Morticus.
Waiting on the rock, Cypher sensed someone. He quickly darted his black eyes to the cause of the noise. It was a man. The man was sweating, and had looked like he had been running for hours. The road wasn't that long, so the man must have gotten lost. A deduction of brownie points to the man...
He jumped off the rock and silently pointed a knife to the man's throat. "Do you know of a man by the last name of Morticus?" Cypher sensed something else, but still pointed his knife at the man's throat. He spun around and saw a man in black clothes smirking. Cypher withdrew his knife from the other man's throat. They were both here, though late, for the recruitment.
"You sent for me?" The other man who had stealthily revealed himself asked, with a slightly hint of curiosity. He was young, but Cypher saw talent in this boy. He could become on of the top assasains in Cypher's group with a few fine tunings. Cypher's mouth twisted into a slight smile.
"What if I did?" Cypher suddenly spun around while grabbing two .44 Magnums, one in each hand, and pointing the guns at both of the two recruits. "Now," Cypher said casually, "You would be dead." Lowering his guns, Cypher tossed one to 'Sweaty One' and another to 'Curious Killer." Toying with a Pokeball in hand, Cypher smiled again.
"What are your names?"

Vitex arched an eyebrow at this and caught the gun. He inspected it with knowing eyes then tossed it back to Cypher. "I'll use my own thanks." he stated lazily.
"What are your names" Cypher asked casually, toying with a Poke Ball in his hand.
"... 'Cold One'..." Vitex stated watching this man with a crimson gaze. Cypher's every movement seemed to be calculated by Vitex as if he expected to be attacked. 'Never let your guard down, son' His mother's words came to him for reasons unknown. For only a moment Vitex turned his gaze to the other man. He deemed that one untrustworthy on the spot. His gaze turned back to Cypher.

{name:Flame Infierno#|#picture:2}Flame walked leisurely through the forest, a half-smirk crossing hid features occasionally as he stopped to admire the view, or ran his hand across a tree trunk. Yes, Flame Infierno had come. The arranged meeting time had passed, but Flame knew, knew that the man he was going to meet had no power over him.
Flame kept on walking, his black boots making little noise as they glided through the undergrowth, drainpipe trousers swishing gently. Flame took a slight grip of his laundered lapel, and adjusted his red tie slightly. His appearance was menacing, the black suit punctuated by the red tie, his black hair blending effortlessly with it to create the impression that the clothes were merely a part of his skin, an inconvenience to the man underneath.
Flame reached the clearing, and the smirk returned to his face. He saw the man atop the rock, and the smirk reached fully across his face. He took his time, watching the figure swoop down and take hold of the weak, foolish man stood before him. Another person appeared, and Flame nodded. That was good. "Ah, good evening... gentlemen." He said, a scathing look was the only acknowledgement he gave the others, as he walked into the clearing. "Mr... Morticus. You sent for me. Therefore I am here." Flame said, the short sentences almost seeming to melt into the slight steam that appeared from the cold. Their crispness carried, making sure he was not misheard.
Flame noticed a sudden movement coming from somewhere, but he did not need time to react. "I do not have time for.. shall we say... games. I am here strictly on business." Flame said, raising a hand, as if to stop the movement. He took his time over the words, using them as if they were precious. "You know who I am, do not ask. If you require my... assistance, you will say so, now." Flame commanded, moving from word to word in a silky manner, unflustered and unaffected by anything.

{name:Cypher Morticus#|#picture:0}OCC: To Frappe: Just create a new character and edit the appropriate stuff in your post to make it suitable for your adult charrie.
BIC: Cypher silently chuckled. The teen was indeed arrogant. Probably a well-deserved arrogance, since he was probably the best that he knew of. But he had not seen what Team Splinter could do. "Cold One, eh? I see... but I don't remember you on my list. I'm assuming you are... Vitex Valentine, from the portfolio picture I had recieved. You are quite qualified. I found your resume to be most... amusing." Cypher's lips curled into a slight smile, as he then turned to the other man. The other man had no distinct qualities about him, and Cypher couldn't remember who he was. Never mind, Cypher said to himself, Probably not as good, but still an above-average criminal.
"Tsk tsk, late to answer. This is not good to answer your superior... late." Cypher reached into his back pocket so swiftly and reached for his knife, throwing it at the man. Pinning his shirt hard to a tree, the calm, collected authority smiled in a frightening way. The knife was accurate, but not meant to damage his worker in any way. "Next time, answer me." Cypher could sense another figure, but he couldn't place his finger on it...
"Ah, good evening... gentlemen." Cypher turned around and looked at the man ahead of him. He looked extremely professional, but Cypher wasn't sure he remembered him. The man seemed familiar. "Mr... Morticus. You sent for me. Therefore I am here." The man was indeed confident in his skills. "I do not have time for.. shall we say... games. I am here strictly on business. You know who I am, do not ask. If you require my... assistance, you will say so, now."
“Ah, we have the demanding one… subtle, but demanding. That, my friend, will get you no where in life. I know from experience.” Cypher looked around, his cool demeanor unshaken by the three potentially deadly criminals he had just recruited. “So, men,” Cypher said, “From now on, you shall call me Cypher. Mr. Morticus is too professionally numb. You are my three direct workers, the co-leaders of Team Splinter.”

{name:Vitex Valentine#|#picture:1}He arched an eyebrow at this. His resume was amusing? How was that even possible? He said nothing at this. A smirk came to his hidden lips as the frightened one was pinned to a tree rather swiftly by a dagger. Had it been him, he would have caught it, and had the man not wanted to hire him, he would have sent the dagger back with enough force to split the man in two. He heard breathing from not too far away and turned ever so slightly to watch the new man approach out of the corner of his eye.
This entire thing should be interesting. A small group of killers Willing to gather together, without killing one another, to plot death. Under his cloak he gripped a poke ball, and silently wondered if his mother would have approved his use of one of her old pokemon. Kazijin would come in handy in this world. That much he knew.

{name:Cypher Morticus#|#picture:0}"Anyways," Cypher continued, "Team Splinter is an organization meant to save the world from... lesser beings. I tried to do it the honest way, but corrupt political figures and mislead authorities did not heed my warnings. So I had to take it another way. This was the way." Cypher smiled while still fingering his Pokeball. He had many Pokemon, but this was by far the strongest...
"Team Splinter has developed a machine called the PokeFusion machine. It is in BETA, but will be launched ever so soon. It fuses two Pokemon of the equal or similar strength together. We tested this on severals, but only 6 out of hundreds survived. Tough experiments are essential for survival." Cypher paused a moment, unpinning the sweaty man who had just been pinned.
Taking his dagger in one hand, Cypher began to casual toss it around, it's hilt landing everytime into the hand of the cunning leader. "Our first exposure to the world was when we bought out a Pokeball Manufacturing Company. All Net Balls, Dusk Balls, and some Pokeballs are made by SPLINTER INC. Which is, of course, us."
"Our... failure..." Cypher flinched for a second, "Was revealed six months ago when one of my most trusted men... betrayed the facility. He gave our secrets and plans to the government of Kanto and the OA, and our facility was convicted of criminal activities. All my men have either been convicted and are now in jail, or hiding for good. But this will not happen."
Cypher momentarily reached for a small technical contraption, his dagger trading places with the little electronic device. After beeping in a few buttons, Cypher looked at the three men. "Ten million funds have been transfered to each of your financial accounts. If you in any way betray me, I will find ways to ruin your life." Cypher smiled. "Believe me, I have ways. The man who betrayed me is now running for his life from the officials of every region known to man. He has been convicted of corrupting the systems of education for children."
Cypher then returned to a glazed smile. "But, I know you will not fail me." Pocketing his electronic device, the wiry man cleared his voice before continuing.
"Our mission is to set up base, currently. I have located a spot right near here, hidden near the beach of Moro. I have named it Scarlett's Cove, and it will be the HQ for all our transactions. Any questions?"
OCC: lol, I added like 99,000 bucks to Cypher's profile, just for fun.

{name:Flame Infierno#|#picture:2}Flame's smirk did not fade. "It may not get me anywhere, but it can certainly end certain other lives. This inevitably moves me forward." Flame said, eyes not leaving the other man. "So... Cypher. You know that this... Splinter Inc... is ruined? Well, you must be recruiting... far below standard, shall we say. This is a sign of desperation. A sign of weakness. You feel the need to be protected... by the head of Team Rocket?" Flame said slowly, the words gentle but severe. "Ten Million is nothing to me. I can earn ten million in a day. Why should I stick around? I have my own... business." Flame said. He was the only man who could speak to Cypher in this... relaxed manner. It made no odds to him whether Cyphus begged for help from Team Rocket, fought them, or tried to join them. Three of the best criminals in the world... perhaps two, couln't take on the elite of Team Rocket.

{name:Cypher Morticus#|#picture:0}"A sign of weakness? You misunderstand me, Mr. Infierno," Cypher said, acknowledging his name, "I have no absolute need for you. If you wish to leave, you may do so. SPLINTER INC. was destroyed because of an insolent man who is now being man-hunted across the countries. He will be terminated soon, when he has suffered enough for his disloyalty."
Cypher smiled again. "As for the money, the money is not the real prize. It is the reputation, knowledge, and opportunities you will gain under my wing. However," Cypher paused, staring coldly into the eyes of the disrespectful man, "Based on your respect for others, I doubt you will be as core-essential as I thought you would be."
"I am not begging for anything, for it is you that came to me. I never sent a plea of help, nor did I get on my hands and knees for a request. I have offered a agenda, and I wish to establish something. Though Team Rocket has some strong areas, their standards are extremely low, and that is why they often... fail." Cypher flashed a quick, evil grin towards Flame before returning to his calm demeanor.
"When you say below standard, you are talking about yourself, and the two others who stand near you. Well I say, you are indeed below standard. I have found many other much more elite men who have eventually retired, died on a job, arrested, or hidden themselves from authorities. With enough coaxing, I could call them back out. But I have decided not to. Why? Because I need fresh men with open minds. But, again, if you wish to leave, do so now."
Cypher wasn't fazed by the disrespect of the man. He thought he was something important. The Head of Team Rocket. But he would soon learn that he was only a small role in the greater purpose for the world...

{name:Flame Infierno#|#picture:2}Flame laughed. Loudly, openly, unrestrained. The laugh pierced the air, reverberating off the trees. The only noise in the dark night. "Reputation?" Flame said abruptly, spitting on the ground with contempt. "Who doesn't know me? When lesser criminals so much as hear my name. They tremble. Who can't remember Giovanni fleeing at the mere sound of my voice, with his wretched cat behind. Who didn't know my name and fear it. When I fired Dr. Namba for the failure of his latest and final scheme?" Flame spat, wondering numbly why this man could be so arrogant, while his life was in grave danger.
"When you say low standard, you are talking about yourself."
Flame's usual composure re-appeared. "Well, if I'm low standard, why do two of your... highest ranking... associates currently reside under Rocket control? Low standards just happen to convince Cyrus, Maxie, Archie, and countless others that Rocket is right for them? All you have is a sweating nobody and... Vitex Valentine." Flame sneered, eyes narrowing slightly.
"Knowledge? Don't think I would be standing here today without more knowledge that you will ever obtain. Opportunities? I can just see your... gang... robbing an old lady in the street, and mouthing off about it as your greatest triumph. You need to consider me, and my organisation, as more than you can ever hope to be. If your criminal activities were halted by one man, why has Rocket never halted, even though countless grunts have double crossed me. We have power. You have nothing, except a freak accident." Flame said calmly.
