Pallet town is a peaceful small village, next to the sea. It's closest neighbour is Viridian City, which is a short way to the north, or Seafoam Island, to the south, but getting there requires Surf.
There are a few houses, but the main attraction is Professor Oak's lab. It has a large windmill attached, and has a large set of grounds, for Pokemon to live peacefully in.
He keeps all the Pokemon that Trainers that start out in Pallet Town can't carry.

Please visit Trainer Registration first, followed by the lab. then you may visit the houses, or go on to Viridian.

Harry landed in Pallet, and jumped off Beedrill's back. He needed to get to Cinnabar Island, so he could challenge Blaine. He decided to drop in on Professor Oak, then catch a ferry to Cinnabar.
He walked up the hill towards the lab, admiring the huge windmill.

Harry returned from the lab, running towards the ferry which was about to depart.
He reached it just in time, and flashed his ticket. The moment he was on, the ferry set sail for Cinnabar.
Harry found a seat in the sunshine, and Ekans slithered into his lap.
Hary gave her a gentle stroke.
"You having PKRS? That's amazing. And you being a Shiny Pokemon." He said, and Ekans hissed contentedly, before sneezing again, and falling off Harry's lap.
Harry laughed and picked her back up. "Silly you." He said, Ekans smiling.
An hour later the Ferry arrived in Cinnabar, and Harry got off, breathing the fresh Island air.
"Come on Alternator, we had best be heading for the gym." Harry said, walking towards the gym.

Maria jumped off Night and recalled him into his pokeball. She breathed deeply, "Nice to be back in Pallet." She said, heading off for the Professor's Lab.

Harry landed back in Pallet smiling. He wanted to go and see the Professor, work on his Pokedex, go to Yusoh, catch some new Pokemon, loads of stuff. He finally decided to go and talk to the Professor about catching a few new Pokemon for the Indigo League, then head to Yusoh to help out.
He nodded, and headed for the lab, hoping for some good advice.

Harry landed back in Pallet, Chansey next to him.
"Here we are." Harry said.
Chansey nodded. "Great. What now?"
Harry was stuck there. "Er, fishing?"

Plodding around with a small smile, and a new Charmander by his side, the male looked around. No, he wasn't going to put his charmander in the ball, as he thought it was mean, cruel and cage like conditions.
The crisp air was rushing past him in small blasts. " Come on then Charmander, let's do this thing." He said to his charmder, which jumped up and down with joy. |

Harry noticed a new trainer leaving Professor Oaks lab, with a baby Charmander.
Harry headed over to talk to him.
"Hey. What's your name?" Harry asked.

Looking up to the person, his crimson eyes glared. " What's it to you?" He hissed at the boy in front of him, his glare not fading at all. Getting rather impatient he demanded " Well?" He didn't have time to be talking to people if he wanted to end up being the greatest breeder.

" Nah, I chose a Bulbasaur." He replied sarcastically. Why bother asking if the answer is right in front of you? He thought to himself silently.
His charmander growled slightly at Harry, not liking being touched by strangers.

Chansey walked up behind them. "Hello Matt." She said cheerily.
