"Well, I guess I better go see him then, hmm?" said satoshi, tucking the card into his pack and zipping it up...

Quickly, a teenage boy hurried into the Pokemon Center. "Um, hello Nurse Joy. I know that most trainers have been here months ago... but... well things were happening at home and... I was wondering if it was okay if I started now. Or is it too late?"

"Oh, it's never too late," Nurse Joy responded to the panicked kid. "Just fill out this application please." She handed him the form that all the other previous trainers had filled out. "As you can see, there's still people signing up. So no worries."

Joy quickly put the paper through a machine and handed Dark a card in return. "Alright, there's signs pointing the way to Professor Oak's lab. You shouldn't find it too difficult to get to."

Nodding, Dark thanked Nurse Joy quickly and ran out the doors, starting on his way.

Kyle entered into the Center, tired and flustered by the slight runaround. He lives in Garnet City, which is actually closer to Pallet than Viridian. When he entered the lab, the Professor told him he had to go to Viridian to get his card. Kyle tried to leave without looking too irritated, but failed.

After a four hour journey, Kyle arrived in Viridian. He went into the Center, as mentioned before.

Nurse Joy noticed the boy. He had red hair, and green eyes and wore a brown jacket. Under that was a blue shirt. He wore blue jeans, a black belt, and brown boots.

"I want to be a trainer. Where's the card I'm supposed to fill out?"
