Who thinks we should have evaluations? You could evaluate an admin (admins can eval other admins, too) and rate them how they're doing in:
Friendliness 0/5 (How nice they are.)
Site-Savvy 0/5 (How much they know about the site)
Responsibility 0/5 (Are they taking their full responsibilities?)
Role-Playing 0/5 (All admins should be decent at the art of RPing)
Activity 0/5 (How active they are)
Strict? Yes or No
Obnoxious or Pompous? Yes or No
What do you think of the idea? If so, I'll make an evaluations board, with Harry's permission, if I get it.
(This would be a good idea to keep admins in check of what they need to work on.)
