NPC? I've heard that before....can't remember......ugh! Okay I THINK it means characters you don't create like the Professors anf Joy.... I don't know if that's right though.
If that's what it means though then yes, you can play Joys and Jennys and Professors yourself....

an NPC is a Non Playable Charater ( notice the letters i made capatials, that will make you reconize why it is NPC for short )
