EVs - Tanks

A tank is a pokemon that can absorb loads of hits, and is great for the head of your team.

Which is best?

I think Blissey, because of its monster HP stat (714 max) and it has a real decent defence as well.

Moveset:

Seismic Toss
Soft Boiled
Double Edge
Recover

Seismic Toss, used by a Lv100 Blissey is guaranteed to do 100 damage, which is great if Blissey's attack stat is pitiful. Soft Boiled and Recover are for monster HP regaining abilities, used via

1st Turn Recover
2nd Turn Soft Boiled
3rd Turn Seismic Toss

Double Edge is for when all else fails and it needs a decent physical attack.
