There is a small rocky path just East of Pallet Town. As you travel this path a thick fog rolls in. The farther you venture into this fog the thicker it gets.
(Without a Zubat or a guide that knows the area) As you travel you feel turned around and some how end up back in Pallet Town.
(With a Zubat or a guide that knows the area) You manage your way through the Fog and arrive in a small town.
The sign on the gym says:
Angus Tork, Song Badge
Starla Magic, Legend Badge (currently not available off traveling)
The more you look at the town the more you realize why it was so hidden. The people walking around were Pokemon that looked like People! The Pokemon center was run by a Nurse Joy but she was a Chansey. A tall building stands in the far corner looking like a tower. Boards cover the door with a sign saying "Under Construction".
To the north is a ruined city of some sort. It looks uninhabited. At night strange noises seem to come from it.
OOC: If you do not have a Zubat in your party or Starla has never told you about this place (not that she remembers anyway) You will not make it through the fog. You must have atleast 5-6 Badges to challenge Angus and 8 to challenge Starla... whenever she returns... if ever.
