like Navel Town, Trovita Town has a small town, mostly focused around its own residents than tourists, except for the academy.It has a gym, pokemart,pokemon center, some house, and a dance academy.
You must have beaten Danny before coming to this island

Stepping off the docks of Trovita Town, Aaron entered the city. It was slightly flashier than other towns, with dancers wearing swirling colors, and actors bustling about pompously. Wearing his fashionable suede, checkered vest, the youthful adult began to walk across the stone-laid flooring, passing small curio shops and quaint villagers.
Spotting a hotel, Aaron entered the small inn-like building. Sighing gently, Aaron walked through the stained-oak doors and spotted the recipient and check-in boy. "Hello, I'd like a room to suit one, as well as one large Pokemon space, three medium Pokemon spaces, and two small Pokemon spaces." Putting money on the counter, the hotel boy complied and rang up the room.
Handing Aaron a brass key, the boy then led Aaron to his room, which was luxurious; able to suit snobby actors. Aaron thanked the boy and set up, resting and eating a nice lunch...
After departing from the hotel temporarily, Aaron decided to stop by at the Dance Academy and join some lessons. He had done some basic dancing back in Ironstar Island, and was actually extremely coordinated. Walking into the large dance studio, Aaron spotted a rather odd man and asked him to lead on. The man said the lessons were closed, and with disappointment, Aaron walked out.
Deciding then to go to the Trovita Forest, Aaron walked. His legs had strengthened and gained endurance from the walking he had done for the past year. "Good," Aaron muttered, entering the forest of Trovita.

Aaron healed up and left for the Gym.

Aaron left the Gym with his new Spike Shell Badge, and healed up his Pokemon, particularly Blaster, who was suffering from minor burns. Being healed, Aaron released Blazer and flew off to the next Gym, wherever it would take him.
