IC There is a small patch of long grass along this route, other than that, not much. There is an area to the west of it that can only be accessed via Diglett's Cave or by using Cut. Pokemon: Caterpie Pidgey Ratatta Weedle Nidoran M Nidoran F OOC You may only access the west area by having the move 'Cut', or by having travelled through Diglett's Cave. HM02 Flash can be obtained here. |

CaptainScooter:Hmmmmm now where is the forest ah darnit this map is useless!
Stuffs map in pocket.
CaptainScooter: Hey what is that cave over there?
Goes towards it and see's a sign.
CaptainScooter:"Welcome to Diglett's Cave! FUll of you guessed it Digletts and some other pokemon." Hmmmmm well I got nothing better to do I guess I will just head on in.
Enters cave.

Narrator: Weedle appears out of the forest
Bridgar: Charmander, Go!!!
Weedle: Weedle wee! (You're going down!)
Charmander: Char, charmander char! (Not if I can help it!)
Bridgar: Charmander you know what to do, use scratch.
Narrator: Charmander darts towards Weedle and starts scratching at it with its claws.
Weedle: Weedle wee... (You were a great adversary...)
Narrator: Weedle faints
Bridger: Oh no! We need to get Weedle to a pokecenter, fast!!!
Charmander: Char, char. (I agree.)
Narrator: Bridgar grabs Weedle. Bridgar and Charmander run off carrying Weedle to the pokecenter.

Narrator: At the pokecenter:
Bridgar: I think me and charmander overdid it Nurse Joy. This Weedle looks like it's in bad condition.
Nurse Joy: Here, let me see him.
Narrator: Bridgar hands Nurse Joy Weedle.
Nurse Joy: He'll be fine, with a little rest, he'll be back to fighting condition.
Bridgar: Good, I didn't want to hurt the pokemon too badly in my first battle.
Charmander: Char, Charmander. (Yeah, he was cool.)
Nurse Joy: Would you like to keep him after he recovers?
Bridgar: What do you think Charmander?
Narrator: Charmander's tailfire grows big and bright.
Charmander: Char char char?!!! (Can we really?!!!)
Bridgar: I'll take that as a yes.
Nurse Joy: Oh good. Here, have some berries for Weedle, incase he's hungry when he wakes.
Bridgar: *sigh* I guess i forgot about that, huh Charmander.
Narrator: All three laugh

Narrator: After Weedle recovers from the battle, Bridgar, Charmander, and Weedle head back to route 2.
Bridgar: Hey Weedle, you okay?
Weedle: Weedle wee?!! Weedle weedle, wee weedle. (Are you kidding?!! I feel great, thanks to you.)
Bridgar: Good, you guys ready to train?
Narrator: Weedle shoots a poison sting at a tree and charmander's tail grows bright.
Bridgar: All right then, lets go!!!

Narrator: On route 2, Bridgar, Charmander, and Weedle are training.
Bridgar: Try to shoot it faster weedle!! Stronger strokes Charmander!!
Weedle: Weedle wee! (You got it!)
Charmander: Char Char. (No problem.)
Narrator: Weedle is shooting poison stings at trees, and Charmander is scratching at trees.

Narrator: After hours of training:
?: Nice pokemon, you got there, they've got spirit.
Bridgar: who's there?
?: Oh, how rude of me.
Narrator: A man comes out from behind the trees with a bulbasaur at his side. The man has a strong figure and blonde hair.
Forox: My name is Forox, and I'm travelling with my bulbasaur to the Veridian Forest.

Now this is Foroxs journey up to that point...
Forox: *sigh* i feel bad for this guy in this little pokeball. *grin* I know! Come on out bulbasaur!
In a burst of red light Forox's bulbasaur appears.
Bulbasaur: Bulbasaur?
Forox: Ive decided this bulbasaur, you can remain outside your pokeball as long as you meet these conditions, dont run away, and go back in in times of danger.
Bulbasaur nods.
Forox pushes through the tall grass.
*rustle rustle* ratatta!!
Forox: Cool! first battle! bulbasaur! Lets do this!
bulbasaur jumps and lands in front of forox.
Forox: Bulbasaur, Tackle!
Bulbasaur whams into the wild ratatta full force
*Ratatta?* bulbasaur growls and tackles the ratatta again.
the wild ratatta falls back, injured.
Forox pulls out a pokeball.
forox: Go pokeball!
the pokeball hits the ratatta, and it is sucked in.
the pokeball jiggles.
after a suspensful period of time the pokeball opens up again, releasing the ratatta, that ran into the forest.
Forox punches a tree. Forox: so close!
Forox hears a trainer barking orders a distance away.
bulbasaur hears a charmanders cry along with that with his more acute hearing.
Forox: lets follow that noise bulbasaur. Maybe I could finally find someone who can tell me where i am!
after about 10 minutes Forox and his comrade crouch in the bushes.
He sees a trainer watching his pokemon, consisting of a charmander and a weedle.
Forox: Nice pokemon you've got there, they've got spirit.
Trainer: who's there?
Forox: how rude of me.
Forox unconceals himself
Forox: My name is Forox, im travelling with my bulbasaur to veridian forest.

Other trainer stares then responds:
Trainer: I'm Bridgar, nice to meet ya.
Bridgar is a bit shorter that Forox with scraggly brown-black hair and tan-ish skin.
Forox: you going into Varidian forest?
Bridgar: That would be true.
Forox: Same here.
Meanwhile...
Bulbasaur stares at charmander
Bulbasaur:*pokemon language* Is that you charmander?
charmander: *still pokemon language (henceforth known as PL)*
Now thats just a bit scary, Imagine we meet here!
Bulbasaur and Charmander begin to wrestle, obviously they know each other.
Forox: Looks like our pokemon know each other.
Bridgar: They must have been in Oaks lab the same time.
Forox grins: are you thinking what I'm thinking?
Bridgar: If it involves a partnership yes i am.
Forox: Good.
Bridgar: to veridian forest?
FOrox: To veridian forest!
