-ahem-
Firstly, you pick the region that you wan to start in. Then you o to the fist town and ask the Professor for a pokemon. It has to be a starter native to that region however.
Then, you continue your journey traveling through said region, catching pokemon and collecting gym badges.
and the best part is... YOU CAN DO WHATEVER YOU WANT!
But keep it realistic, please.
