Gym #6 - Marsh Badge

[Harry Dark]

Sabrina is leader here, and she wields some pretty powerful Psychic types. She is also a massive fan of healing her Pokemon. Dark or Ghost types are great here.

[Harry Dark]

Harry entered the gym, and the doors shut behind him.

Harry found Sabrina, and challenged her, for a Single Battle, 2 Pokemon each.

Harry chose Gastly and Electrode.

Harry sent out Gastly, and Sabrina sent out Kadabra.

"OK, use Shadow Ball!" Harry called, Gastly sending the black blob at Kadabra. It just teleported out of the way, and used Psybeam. Gastly dodged.

Harry smiled. "OK Gastly, Shadow Punch instead." Harry said calmly.

The black punch whistled towards Kadabra, who teleported. As soon as Kadabra reappeared, the black fist smashed into it, for an easy knock out.

Sabrina sent out Alakazam.

Harry withdrew Gastly and sent out Electrode.

"OK Electrode, use Charge!" Harry said.

"Alakazam, Psybeam!" Sabrina siad, the beam almost KOing Electrode.

"Electrode, do the honours, Explosion." Harry said, and Electrode nodded, exploding in a massive release of energy.

When the smoke cleared, Electrode was KOed, as was Alakazam. Harry grinned. "Nice one."

Sabrina teleported the Marsh Badge over to Harry, who grinned. "Thanks." He said, leaving the gym.

Maria walked into the Gym, Midnight at her side. "Sabrina!" She called.

The black haired girl turned around, glaring through red eyes. "Here for a battle. One on one, you'll use your Umbreon there thinking that a Dark Type pokemon will have the advantage. Think again little girl, I won't be beaten that easily." She threw her pokeball sending out her high level Alakazam. "Teleport followed by Psycic."

Midnight wasn't even in the arena before she started her commands, "Midnight watch out!" Alakazam appeared right behind him, hitting him with the strong Psycic attack. He jumped, turning to face his opponant. Midnight jumped at Alakazam, ready to use Bite when he snapped his jaw down he only tasted air. "Midnight behind you!" He turned once more, missing the psycic pokemon again.

Sabrina had her eyes closed, "This is too easy..." She snapped her crimson eyes open, threateningly, "Alakazam let's get this over quickly. Disable that Bite attack then use a Psycic attack on it."

Midnight snarled as Alakazam disabled one of his attacks. "Midnight hold still." Maria said, he thought, What's that going to do? Leave me open for his next attack... But he obeyed, trusting her with his life, as Alakazam reappeared she shouted, "Faint Attack behind you!"

He turned and tackled forward with the Dark Type move, knocking Alakazam back. He stood panting, but ready for another command. Maria said nothing as he teleported away back by Sabrina. "Midnight use a full charged Shadow Ball, fill the whole room if you have to." He super charged his attack just as Sabrina called for another sneak attack. She glared, knowing what was coming.

When Alakazam reappeared Umbreon his him with the Ghost Attack, sending him flying into the wall, KOed.

The Psycic Gym Leader recalled her pokemon. "Well done Maria, your pokemon's been well trained. He listens to you with complete faith." She turned and walked over to her, thrusting a Marsh Badge into the air. Midnight jumped up and caught it, dropping it in his trainer's hand.

Sabrina nodded and turned away. Midnight and Sunshine led the way out of Sabrina's Gym. "The sun is shining, we just beat Sabrina and only have two more Gyms to go...All in all. I think we did a great job today." "Breon!" "Vee!"

[iAaron]

Aaron walked into the room, Celeste, his small Eevee, still at his side. Celeste had matured deeply, but was still quite small for her age. On his belt were the Pokeballs belong to Fang, his Golbat, Tank, his Nidoking, Fetch, his Growlithe, Blazer, his Charizard, Blade, his Scyther, and Bandit, his Marawok. In total, he had seven party members, with one not able to participate in a battle at a time. Aaron had received his mysterious egg from Master Kim, and was constantly warming it with his hands. He was grooming Celeste to make her grow into a strong Eevee, and was training Fetch, his Growlithe. He was going to evolve Fetch into an Arcainine.

Aaron approached a throne-like chair, with a thin, eerie girl teenager perched on top. Her wispy green hair brushed against her bony face, his smooth fingers wrapped around a Pokeball. "I sensed you," the girl said, her grin turning into a smile. "You are going to lose dearly, Aaron Nightshadow." Aaron was taken aback by her strong psychic powers, but cleared his voice and stared into her deep, brown eyes. "I challenge you to a battle, Sabrina." Sabrina nodded and pushed back a loose strand of hair. "Very well, Aaron."

"Go, Fetch!" A fuzzy ball of fiery fur appeared, Fetch's cute face popping out. "Groooowl-liiiiithe!" "Go, Alakazam!" An oddly proportioned Pokemon carrying spoons appeared. "Kazaaam!" "Alakazam, use Psychic!" "Fetch, dodge it and use a Bite!" Fetch narrowly missed the psychic beam, it's rays shattering a ornament attached to the ceiling. Fetch jumped towards Alakazam and used Bite, it's super effective move sinking into Alakazam's nervous system. "ZAAAAAAM!" Alakazam wailed in pain. "Alakazam, use Recover!" "Fetch, use a Double Team, then a bite!" Alakazam used a Recover, healing waves washing him completely. Fetch used a Double Team, creating several copies, then used a Bite, KOing Alakazam with multiple super-effective moves.

"Well done," Sabrina said, returning her Psychic Pokemon. "I have underestimated you, and many trainers before me. Here, take this Marsh Badge." Aaron nodded and received the Badge, thanked Sabrina, and left for town.

Admin Edit: I'm not criticising this post, but in Battle Frontier, Tower Maiden Anabel's Alakazam destroyed Ash's Double Team by using Psybeam to hit them all.

Had to get one back at ya.

Bakaryu entered the gym which was suprisingly huge. He saw an atractive laddy sitting in a chair bending a spoon without hands. " Good afternoon, thats a cool talent there, do you know where the gym leader is at the moment?" Bakaryu said timidly. She looked at him without a single emotion saying," You are looking at her, do you request a battle?" Bakaryu was embaresed and wondered how he could of not known she was the gym leader. He answered," yes mam." " Ok we will have a single battle with my mr. Mime." " ALright I choose you Kadabra." he said with more confidence in his voice.

" Use psybeam Mr. Mime" Sabrina said with her lovely voice. " Alright kadabra use teleport then psybeam of youre own." said bakaryu. "Use substitute Mr.Mime." said Sabrina . Both people had attacks that let them dodge each others move which made it almost nearly impossible to hit. " Kadabra use Future sight so she can't know when it's coming." Said bakaryu. " Even if I don't no were its coming from it wont do that much damage, you will need to give me at least 20 of them." said Sabrina Boldly.

A short while after kadabras attack it came and Sabrina did infact know when it came. " USe Substitute Mr Mime." She said. " Alright Kadabra wait till Mr. Mime gets out of substiute and use a full on shadow ball."" WHAT!" Sabrina replied. When Mr. Mime came out of substitute he was suprised by a Huge shadow ball leaping his way, knocking him out. " Nice one Kadabra." " Well what do you know, you auctually fooled me, which almost never happens to me." She said auctually putting a smile on her face." Alright kid hears the gym badge do good at the indigo league."" Huh, Indigo league?" Bakaryu said with a puzzled look. " Good kid that boy." she said as she watched him leave the Gym.

Gabriel got off of Arcanine.
They had just come from Fuschia City.
"Thanks a lot Arcanine, return." said Gabe.
Gabriel walked inside of the Gym.
He saw Sabrina sitting on a chair.
"Hey Sabrina, I've come to challenge you." he said.
"Fine, we shall battle then." she said quietly.
"1 on 1." said Gabe.
"Charizard I choose you!" Said Gabe releasing his Charizard.
It roared.
Sabrina didn't pick up the Pokeball with her hands, but she used her psychic powers instead!
He Pokeball opened and a Venomoth came out.
(Great, now I have an advantage) thought Gabe.
"What advantage?" said Sabrina.
"Just because mine's a bug type and yours is a fire type doesn't mean anything." she said.
"What the hell? How can you read what I'm thinking?" said Gabe.
"Are we going to battle or not?" she asked.
"Alright."

"Charizard, use fire blast!" said Gabe.
"Venomoth, dodge and use psychic!" said Sabrina.
Venomoth hurt Charizard with psychic.
"Charizard, try a flamethrower!" he said.
Charizard burned Venomoth.
"Venomoth, use psybeam!"
"Charizard dodge it and use Fire Blast!"
Charizard dodged the psybeam, and burned Venomoth again.
Venomoth had fainted.

"Well done trainer" said Sabrina.
"You're worthy of the Marsh Badge." she said, giving Gabe the Marsh Badge.
"Thanks Sabrina." said Gabe.
"Later!"

After flying to saffron city from Fushia city, Barbie entered the gym."Hey sabrina are you up for a 1-on-1 match?"

Sabrina came out" Sure, it will be an interesting match against that dragonair you are planning to use."

"I heard you could read minds but that was rude. going in my head without permission, but yes go dragonair" Barbies dragon air came out.

"Go Kadabra use psybeam" Her kadabra came out and shot a beam at Dragonair

"Dodge and dragon rage" Dragonair dodged then used dragon rage which hit kadabra

"Teleport then Thunder punch!" Kadabra teleported behind dragonair then used thunder punch

"Use slam." Dragonairs tail came towards kadbra. As both were hit by the others attack."Now use another slam" Dragonair slammed kadabra again which made it hit the wall, and fainted

"You won. That was an ok battle. Here is your badge" Sabrina walked over and handed over the badge

"Thank you so much" She tok the badge, returned dragonair, and went off.

Adam walked into the gym "1 on 1. 1 item each and thats it! Go Venus and I use Share Coin"
"Ok I play Alakazam and I use nothing." Sabrina stated
"SOLABEAM"
"psychic"
The smoke cleared only 1 pokemon was standing venusaur wins the match
