IC This is a long winding route, leading to Route 9 at the East end, or Diglett's Cave at the West end. There are plenty of trainers again. Pokemon: Sandshrew Ekans Spearow Rattata Drowzee OOC You may not travel on this route unless you have the Thunder Badge. |

Aaron strode confidently through the short fields of Route 11. Exhilaration filled his body as he set up a battlefield for him and Maria. This would be his first personal battle, between him and a new friend. Aaron did some stretches and released all his Pokemon. He patted Celeste, his Eevee, on her head and asked, "Ya ready?" He winked at Blazer, gave a thumbs up to Fang and looked at Tank. "Tank, I promised to evolve you." Tank nodded, so Aaron took out his Moon Stone. "This is a really early evolution, but..." Aaron threw the Moon Stone up in the air, and Tank gasped. Tank slowly started to glow and transform to a fully engulfed Nidoking! Aaron smiled and asked cheerily, "Ready, guys?"

"You evolved your Nidorino..." Maria said as she walked up, her Eevee on her shouler, Chardar at her side and Ace flying in the air. "Bit early, your Nidorino couldn't have been at level 25, but it's not my pokemon." She smiled, "Are you ready?"

"Yeah," said Aaron, his eyes flicking lazily. "I found Tank. Never checked how high his level was, but it's probably around there. I didn't want to evolve him, but my big buddy here insisted..." Tank snorted and glared at Aaron. "Okay okay, It's not his fault. I let him."
Aaron stooped up towards his battle position and motioned for Maria to get on the other side. He returned all his Pokemon, and smiled, waiting for the battle to begin."

Aaron smiled as he grabbed for Fang's Pokeball. He flung it towards the center of the field, where it emitted Fang's body. "Bat bat!"

"Alright," Maria said as Ace flew onto the field. "You know what to do Ace." She smiled, "Quick WingAttack!" She shouted.

"Dodge it, Fang!" Fang nodded and stared into Ace's eyes. He smiled with his huge, venomous fangs and then did a fast maneuver, dodging Ace's attack. "Fang, counterattack with a Bite!" Fang flipped in the air and aimed his fangs for Ace's wings.

Ace countered with a WhirlWind, sending Fang flying backwards through the air. "Use quickattack!" Maria shouted. Ace dove, slamming into Fang hard while he was still stunned from the Whirlwind.
