Pewter City

[Hiro Fenrir]

Hiro entered Pewter City, it was grey and boring. He looked at Squirtle and wondered if it was time for it to evolve soon. First he walked to the Pokémoncenter to heal him. The gym battle in this gym would be easy with Squirtle, a water type, on his party. He still hadn't caught any pokémon, but thought he could totally own Brock with his Squirtle. Squirtle sat relaxed in a chair beside him. Hiro asked if he was ready to take on the gym. Squirtle smiled.

Looking about Ashly was glad to reach the city, Rose her Charmander was next to her and she saw Dark near by a few feet away. Seating on the ground Ashly pulled out a rag and started to clean Rose's face talking to it softly to where none could hear what she was saying.

After a lengthy stop at the Pokemon Center for treatment, Meaghan found a bench next to one of the gardens to settle down and prepare a midday meal for her team. One by one the Pokemon were released...

Forge, her charmander, and Tradewind the pidgey... both close to evolving if she reckoned right...

And then the new addition. The oddly colored Pikachu, already battle-marked and no less happy then before as she came out of her Pokeball. "Kaa..." She chattered angrily at the other two Pokemon, fur crackling with energy.

Meaghan sighed, setting a bowl of food down for each Pokemon - the Pikachu's a little further to the side. "Just give her some space, guys." She said to Forge and Tradewind, who did so happily as they went about eating. The shiny Pikachu, complete with her very unshiny personality, hoarded her bowl away from the group and ate with a frenzy, stuffing her cheeks full of the kibble. "...think Fury is going to be a good name for you." Meaghan muttered sidelong to the Pikachu as she chewed on one of her packed granola bars.

[Zephur]

Jenny comes and finds the man(from route 2), and takes back the pokeballs(from zephur), and puts him in jail. She races towards the nearest trainer.(ferro) "Here, I can't seem to find the owner of these pokeballs, so take one." Jenny hands him Mankey and Pidgey's Pokeballs and leaves.

Meaghan is, needless to say, stunned as the officer hands her the two Pokeballs. She and her pokemon both regard the two, but, deciding the entire idea is strange makes her way for the Pokemon Center.

What police officer would just give away stolen goods?
And certainly some trainer must be desperate to find these Pokemon, and the likely place for any trainer to come is the Pokemon Center.
Besides, stolen Pokemon would never appreciate having some new trainer try to command them.

She turned the two Pokeballs over to the Nurse Joy of Pewter, who thanked her graciously, before returning to her own Pokemon outside.

OOC: Thank you for the generosity, Zephur, but that situation is just a little too awkward for my trainer to take advantage of.

[Dark Slayer]

Dark got up and looked around. "The pokemon center is just over there. It's not too far." He returned Tatter back into the pokeball. "Poor guy. Probably won't be able to battle for awhile. That fight with the Pidgeot was tough..."

Walking alongside Ahsly, Dark looked at Rose. "Is she okay?"

Ashly nodded not sure what to say..

Ashly kept walking torawrds the Pokecenter.. It was a big building with giant Pokeballs floating in the air and had trianers standing around practicing.. Probabbly staying for the night..

Ashly returned rose into her Pokeball and siad when she got to the desk"Nurse Joy you here?"

A few moments later a Nurse walked in... She did not have pink hair.. She had blonde, She wore a pink dress and her nurse cap was out lined in blue. She siad"Hello.. and good afternoon. My name is Nurse Fall... I am the first not named Nurse Joy to pass the test.... Okay may I see your Pokemon..."

Ashly handed over her only Pokemon to Nurse Fall.

Nurse fal accepted it and put it thruogh a machine. It lite up and made a niose. It dinged and Nurse Fall handed back the Pokemon.

Ashly smiled accepting it and let out Rose she looked better then before.., But she stilled seemed tired. Her fire was a little bit dim...

(Ehh... Okay. Jenny will keep them i guess. Ashly if you want Pidgey, NidoranM, or Mankey you can take one, only one. Jenny will keep Charmander to help train her Growlithe Squad.)

Dark next handed his pokemon over to the new Nurse Fall and thanked her when he got his pokemon back. "Hey, you wanna rest some?" he asked Ashly. "It's been a long day. Especially after the incident in the forest. I'm sure we could use it... it's getting dark out. We'll head out to train again in a bit."

He sat down and looked at the clock. "We might want to take shifts in case those people come around. They seemed to like Rose... and I think they staked me out and found Aquan special too. Maybe they're just going after the starter pokemon for something? As if maybe they're more valuable since they came from Professor Oak maybe?"

Ashly nodded seeing rose need it.

Rose stood there gazing at something deep in thuoght. She was curious about why the dark big humans tried to hurt her...

Ashly said happily"Wouldn't it be easier to sleep here?"

Nurse over heard the Conversation and said"Sorry, but where full tonight..."

Ashly sighed and said"Alright I'll get the pallet made... So where should we camp? Here or in the woods so we could get up and train. Straight into the mourning"

[Dark Slayer]

Dark hesitated. "Well maybe the woods would be better. Then we would know right away when we'd be attack. Those creeps couldn't possibly stay quiet in there."

They walked out of the pokecenter, and Dark let Ashly lead the way so if someone snuck up behind them, he could deal with them.

OOC: Are we in woods in Pewter City, or are we going back to Viridian Forest? You got me a little confused, lol.

Ashly led the way checking occasionaly on Rose expecting something to take here.
They drew nearer to Viridan Forest...

After finding a nice spot in some woods, Dark let Ashly get settled. Then he carefully positioned himself so he'd be able to leap out of the woods at anyone trying to get in, or leap towards Ashly if he had to to hurry her out. Then he released Tatter from his pokeball.

"Hey, you did amazing against that Pidgeot, ya know. I need you to keep an eye out for me. If anything alarms you, let me know, got it?"

"Ratta!" Tatter said, nodding. Then it went a little from Dark, watching out in the night.

After a couple hours, Dark heard someone coming towards the woods. He looked out and Tatter came back, bumping its head against Dark's leg. Dark hushed it and watched. When the person came into view, he recognized the outline of the man he had battled before. Then a crash came from up above and the woman they ran into earlier came in on her Pidgeot.

"Rise and shine!" the woman yelled out. "We're here and this time, we're planning on being successful."

Dark grabbed ahold of Ashly's arm. "They've got us. We can't run... We have to fight!"

Ashly nodded sighing.. she siad"Well At least that man isn't here...."

The women luaghed and sent out her Pidgeot..

Ashly sighed agian and looked at rose to see her al l ready in battle postion.

Ashly waited for Dark to join in.. She started to name strageties in her head about how Rose could shot amber if the bird started to hide and fly to high for Tatta..
Wishing she had another Pokemon.... Ashly sighed again.

[Dark Slayer]

Dark got ready, releasing Aquan into the battle as well. Then he tossed the pokeball over to Ashly that contained Stang, his Nidoran (M). "Here, you can use Stang real quick. This way we can both use what we have without making it hard for me to concentrate."

Then he turned to his pokemon. "Alright Aquan, bubble attack! Slow that Pidgeot down!" A stream of bubbles shot at Pidgeot, getting it in the face, making it scream and shake its head wildly. The woman fell off, yelping in pain. "Okay Tatter, let's cut down Pidgeot's health with a nice sharp hyper fang!" Tatter lept up, biting Pidgeot with all it had in the side.

The man behind them released his Scyther and it ran out with its arms drawn, ready to slice at anything and everything in its path.
