Casey: Char char charmander!
Kit: Use ember again and then hit it with scratch!
Casey runs over and blows a firece ember in ratatta's face and then scratched him while he is distracted.

Kit smiles. Her first battle is going well. Casey brandishes his clawa at the rat pokemon fiercely and awaits his next command.
Kit: Ok Casey, finish him off with a scratch attack!
Casey runs forward prepared to scratch his foe....

Casey is hit by rattata's tackle. It sends him flying across the battle field and he lands on his back, knocked out.

When the rat lands it tries to jump again but fails as he is too tiered.
Dale frowns, his first battle is going terrible, he should have used burny his charmander, he would have won then.

Kit: -sigh- I guess you won Dale. Good work! She smiles and flashes a peace sign, then runs over to Casey and picks him up.

Dale:It's a draw, you have a great charmander, he manged to draw with my well trained pokemon.
dale gives his pokemon to nurse joy.

Kit arrives back in Viridian city excited. She was here earlier this morning to have her first battle with Dale. It had come to a draw, but Casey was still a little sour about it. Casey scowled at all the trainers passing by with ratattas. Kit laughed at him and continued to walk. They came to the Pokemon Center and stepped in. Kit stared around, hoping to see Dale, but he had already left. She sighed unhappily and asked to stay the night in the center. She went to bed later that night, with Casey sleeping on top of her, wondering if she will ever see her new friend again...
