Aaron rushed to the lab, his hair disheveled and his eyes red from stress. He had been tinkering with his custom Poketech all night, and had overslept quite over his normal waking period. Aaron had dark spiky hair, with dark ripped jeans, a punky-shirt and a hip vest to go with it. He was a punk rebel by heart, but his strict parents made sure he was in line.
Aaron spotted the lab and ran towards it. Pushing the door open, he quickly saw the Professor, and gasped dramatically. He walked up to the old, wise Pokemon researcher. "Professor," he began, "Do you have any Pokemon left for me? I'm really sorry. I was tinkering with my Poketech..." Aaron's face flushed in embarrassment as he waited for the Professor's reply. Oak looked at the new boy. "Don't worry, it's quite alright. We have plenty left, don't you worry." He smiled. "Which one would you like?" He asked. |

"Thanks," Aaron said quietly. He had received his first Pokemon. Heart-felt joy flooded through his soul, but Aaron remained tight-lipped. "Thank you, Professor," he muttered again, "I'm gonna name him Blazer." Aaron walked out of the room, ecstatic about his new journey.

"Hello," Kai said to the Professor's Aide, "I would like a Bulbasaur, please. A female one, to be exact." Kai wondered what his Bulbasaur would be like. Would she be Sassy? Smart? Sophisticated? Kai smiled through his countless daydreams as he waited for the Aide to get his new companion.
