Okay, graphics:

Since my favorite legendary ever is Jirachi, if you could, I'd love it if you could find me a flying/happy Jirachi for when there are new posts, and then a sleeping Jirachi for a show of old posts.

For a banner, if you could make like a forest kind of background thing or showing a continent, that would be great. And then on that, a Meganium, Charizard, and Empoleon, all doing some kind of attack. That would be absolutely amazing. Then in some kind of Fire font, just have it say "Sokuyo - A Pokemon RPG" right in the center. Thank you soooooooooo much.
