Professor Elm runs the Pokèmon lab here. He is willing to give any trainers wanting to continue or start their Journey from Kanto a new Pokemon. He works in a large lab, with whirring machines and bleeping computers. He is an expert on Pokemon Eggs, pokemon evolution, and is always ready with information. Professor Elm gives out Chikorita,Cyndaquil, and Totodile.
