 This city is home to the Kanto Museum, and their deep research on fossils. Pewter has the regular Pokemon Centre and Mart, and also has a lovely row of houses. The civilians are friendly, and the town is well decorated, with many flowerbeds and trees. You can challenge Brock at the Pewter City Gym, which is the first gym you need to go to in Kanto. |

CaptainScooter: Man this looks GREAT I guess being a pokemon trainer means you can also see beautiful places like these. Hey a Pokemon Museum before we head to the gym want to stop in and see the Fossils and other relics.

When we last left our heroes they had just left the perilous viridian forest and gained two new friands. Pikachu, an injured pokemon Forox saved from the brink of death with help from Bridgar. And Syria, a mysterious trainer who lived in the forest.
Syria has gotten them out of the forest and into the city.
Forox: wow
Bridgar: yeah. This place is beautiful.
Syria: personally it makes me nervous. I've been in the forest half my life and urban places scare me.
Forox: Lets go to the pokemon center first.
Forox, Bridgar, and Syria enter the pokemon center.
Forox: Hello nurse Joy, can you heal my buddies here?
Nurse Joy: Sure, but your bulbasaur has to be in a Pokeball.
Forox: Bulbasaur return!
a beam of red light reaches out from the center of the pokeball and pulls bulbasaur into it.
Nurse Joy: *smiles* perfect! Now you could wait in the waiting room while I heal your pokemon.
Forox and his friends enter the waiting room. It is mostly white with a forest pokemon border on the top. In the chair Forox falls asleep for the night.
The next day...
Forox wakes up
Forox: huh? Wha? Oh, I must have dozed off.
Nurse Joy: thanks for being so patient! We've healed both of your pokemon. We hope to see you again!
Nurse joy hand Forox the pokeballs containing his pokemon.
Forox: thank you.
Bridgar: now what do we do?
Syria: you could try the gym.
Forox: Great idea! All in favor say "I"
Bridgar: I
Forox: I
Syria: I don't care.
Our trainers head off to the gym to face Brock. Will they be successful? Find out on my next post.
